The proceeds will support the Company to develop and construct ground-mount solar projects and advance the development activities related to CEC’s qualified pipeline of over 250MW capacity of renewable solutions.
CEC is focused on the development, construction, and future operation of end-to-end renewable solutions. Providing Large Power Users (LPU’s) with cheap, sustainable clean energy.
CEC’s ‘True-Green’ solution enables its customers to avoid ‘Greenwashing’ by reducing their carbon footprint and achieving an immediate reduction in their energy costs through innovative Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
CEC has a highly experienced and proven management team, with over 50 years of combined experience in renewables and enterprise sales. The team has held leadership and management positions at some of the largest renewable energy companies globally such as Ingenious, SunEdison and Statkraft.
