As part of our operations, we may need to obtain and process information including any data that enables a person identifiable such as names, addresses, usernames and passwords, photographs etc. We will ensure that this data is only collected with the full cooperation and knowledge of involved parties. This information will then be kept up to date to provide accuracy and protection against unauthorised access by any internal or external parties.

In line with the Data Protection Act 1998/2018, CEC will not communicate this data informally, store it for longer than the specified amount of time, or transfer this data to organisations that do not have authorised access and/or adequate data protection policies.
