In-House Legal Counsel

Clean Energy Capital (CEC) is a leading developer and operator of large-scale renewable energy assets, providing direct access to affordable, green energy for UK Large Power Users (LPUs). Since its establishment in September 2021, CEC has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its team from 3 to 22 employees, and is led by a highly experienced management team with 75+ years of expertise in renewables and power.

The company has gone from strength to strength, having already secured two rounds of funding and will complete a large institutional raise by Q1 of 2024, which will enable it to build out the pipeline.

If you consider yourself to be a driven, professional, approachable and experienced solicitor with the ability to build strong relationships within the legal sector, this role would be ideal for you. There may also be potential to expand this role further as CEC's operations develop.
